If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Zafferano America, returns are accepted through January 1st for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging and includes all accessories (such as chargers). Email info@zafferanoamerica.com with your order number to initiate a return. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Customer will pay all return expenses unless otherwise verified with a customer representative. Canadian original shipping fee will not be refunded if a return is made.

Although it is unfortunate, items are occasionally damaged in transit or have concealed damage. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item at no charge for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 4 days after delivery.
